wheat, water and salt. Its distinctive characteristics are its transparent, reddish-brown colour and unmistakable aroma.

Our designer bottle has cult status
"Design is a source of life enhancement". That is the motto of the Japanese industrial designer, Kenji Ekuan, who has played an important part in shaping Japanese packaging and logo design over the years. He also designed the aesthetic Kikkoman naturally brewed soy sauce dispenser - one of his most famous designs - according to these principles. We’re proud of this because we cannot imagine being without the designer bottle today. After all, this traditional dispenser is today synonymous with the brand.
