Udon no Moto check not only the broth, but also as a condiment for Japanese Dashi-Tamagoyaki omelet, fried rice and noodles chahan.

How to use:
The dish pour 1 tablespoon seasoning and pour 250-300ml of boiling water, or water. Add the cooked udon noodles or somen.

Salt, light soy sauce powder, sugar, glucose, soy protein enzyme degradation products, green onions, dried bonito, kelp, seasoning (amino acids), caramel color, (including wheat in a part of the raw materials)
